Spencer and Sammi Robbins are Christian Life Coaches that, by the grace of God, have worked with more than 4500 clients over their careers refining the process they give away.  They have felt that working through their past pain, shame, and unhealthy cycles has equipped them far greater than their education over the last decade.  They believe that too many disconnected relationships, divorces, people walking away from God, and habits of sin and destructive coping have been a result of not knowing how to work through pain.  Also, that our internal pain and view of God drastically affects the way we show up in the relationships closest to us.



Spencer and Sammi have invested thousands of hours and dollars into individual counseling, coaching, marriage therapy, education for more than a decade but have learned powerful tools and wisdom in emotional health from Holy Spirit to experience radical transformations from self-hatred, self-judgment, and shame. They love Jesus with everything in them and desire to see christians in whole, connected, emotionally healthy relationships.

Sammi began her consulting business as a result of seeing close friends experience breakthrough in their lives after implementing what she learned.  Alive & Free has become so much more than Spencer and Sammi.  Alive & Free is more than 35 team members now with so much more knowledge and ability to help women thrive in their lives and relationships.

If you're like most women that have had to grow up early or become strong at a young age, you find it difficult to know how to be "small" and receive in relationships.  You might have conquered a lot in your life, but when it comes to understanding what the heck is going on inside of you with emotions, you don’t know how you feel, why you feel that way, and you especially don’t know how to communicate those things to the people you love and its hurting your ability to feel connected in intimate relationships.

Maybe you just think you need more time with God…but maybe it’s not your relationship or time with God that is lacking.

How could you ever cultivate a thriving, connected romantic relationship if you have no idea how to understand, articulate, or heal what’s going on inside of you? True intimacy can only be cultivated through vulnerability.  Vulnerability starts between you and YOU.
